Frequently asked questions
The basics
Is Leeluu software?
No. It is a done-for-you service. We produce the content and hand it back ready to use. Nothing to install, log into, or maintain.
What does it cost?
A pilot is $7,500, one time, up to 1,000 contacts. Ongoing programs run $3,500 to $7,500 a month, set by monthly volume and content types.
What do you need from us?
A target list, and about an hour with whoever knows that audience best.
How long does it take?
Ten business days from the extraction interviews to delivery.
What exactly do we get?
Content for every person on your list, written for that individual and delivered ready to send. What each contact receives depends on the campaign: cold emails, sequences, follow-ups, LinkedIn messages, a page built for that one person, video. Engagement tracking shows who opened, how long they read, and who clicked.
How many contacts can it handle?
A pilot runs up to 1,000 contacts. Ongoing programs are sized per month as part of the plan, based on volume and the content types you need.
Does it guarantee meetings?
No. Leeluu produces personalized content and engagement data. You control sending and follow-up. We control whether the content is worth reading.
Working with your stack
Is this an API integration or a CSV?
Manual CSV, on purpose. The personalized fields come back as columns and land in your CRM as custom contact properties. Your team builds the sequence there and drops the tokens in.
No install, no OAuth grant, no app in your portal, no standing access to your systems. When the engagement ends there is nothing to disconnect.
Do we have to replace our current tools?
No. Leeluu is additive. The CSV imports into what you already use, and any enrichment you already have feeds into the content rather than being replaced.
Who sends the emails?
You do, through your own infrastructure. We hand you the content, you import it, and the sending is entirely on your side.
Where do replies land?
In your inbox, because the mail went out from your system. We never see them.
Are the report pages on our domain or yours?
Yours. They are served at a subdomain of your domain, so the person clicking sees your brand, not ours.
Your side is one DNS record pointing at an IP we send you. It does not touch your root domain, your website, or mail routing. Certificates are managed and auto-renew, so there is nothing for your team to maintain.
Are the report pages public?
Each report sits at its own URL, readable by anyone holding the link, no login. That is deliberate, so the person you are writing to can open it without friction.
Your data
What do you need for each contact?
First name, last name, email, and the LinkedIn URL if you have it. That is enough to run.
If you have CRM context on a segment, send it. Plain sentences are better than a full export: loss reason, what was proposed, what someone wrote after a call. Skip the status fields and lead scores, those do not change a word of what gets written.
CRM notes usually carry internal shorthand about people. None of that gets repeated back to them. It shapes what we say, it never appears in what they read.
Where does the material about each person come from?
Everything used is what that individual chose to publish publicly. Nothing from behind a login, nothing bought from a data broker.
None of it happens under your identity. No account of yours, no credentials, no action taken on your behalf.
Where is our data stored, and is it deleted?
On US-hosted infrastructure, across a small number of services that each hold SOC 2 Type II.
Contact data is deleted at the end of the engagement, once you have the finished assets and the export. Your library is separate and stays yours.
Who is responsible for compliance?
You are the controller, we are the processor working on your instructions. Legal basis and consent sit with you, the same as they do for any outreach you run today. The send happens in your system, so anti-spam obligations sit where your sending already sits.
Send us the list you are cleared to contact. Whatever you give us is what gets built.
The AI
Which AI models power this, and do you train on our data?
Commercial frontier models via Anthropic's API, under their commercial terms.
No training. Anthropic does not train on commercial API inputs or outputs, and that sits in their terms rather than in a promise from us. We have no ability to train or fine-tune a model.
Does it invent things?
No. Every line traces back to something real, held in a structured library you review and own. That is the only reason it is possible to send hundreds of messages without reading each one first.
Ownership and review
Who owns the library and the content?
You do. It is your people's words pulled out of your own interviews and material, in a structured form.
You approve it before anything gets written. We send it as a spreadsheet and we will change or remove anything you want. Export any time, delete on request.
Is there a human review step before anything goes out?
Yes, at four points. You approve the voice sheet. You approve the signal library, and everything downstream is built from it. We run ten contacts first and send those for your approval before the rest. Then you get every asset in the file and you control the send.
Comparisons
How is this different from Apollo, ZoomInfo or Clay?
Those tools personalize from the prospect's side, using firmographic and behavioral data about the person you are contacting. Leeluu personalizes from the seller's side, using expertise extracted from your own experts. Many clients use both.
