Leeluu and Microsoft Copilot

Microsoft Copilot works inside your Microsoft 365 tenant, across email, documents, meetings and records. It drafts, summarizes, researches and, through Cowork, carries out multi-step work across those apps. Leeluu is a done-for-you service that produces personalized outreach to a named list, built from a company's own expertise rather than from what is already in its systems. Most teams that use Leeluu also run Copilot. They work on different material.

What Copilot does well

Copilot sits where the work already happens. It reads across email, calendar, documents and records, and it produces drafts, briefs and summaries from that context. Cowork takes it further, planning and carrying out longer tasks across several apps in one pass. If your team lives in Microsoft 365, it turns scattered internal context into finished work, inside your existing security and permissions.

What Leeluu does

Leeluu is not a Microsoft 365 tool. It takes your real expertise, extracted from the people and material that hold it, and turns it into content written for one specific individual at a time. What each contact receives depends on the campaign: cold emails, sequences, follow-ups, LinkedIn messages, a page built for that one person, video.

Any CRM fields you already have feed into it. The content comes back as a CSV that imports into what you already use.

The difference that matters

Copilot works from what is already in your tenant. Documents, threads, records, whatever has been written down. For internal work that is exactly the right source.

But the reason you win a deal is usually the thing nobody wrote down. It is the answer your senior consultant gives when a customer asks something hard on a call. It was never documented, so it is not in the tenant, and no agent working from internal records can reach it.

Leeluu starts there. The argument in each message comes from what your own experts actually said, then it is matched to what is true about the individual receiving it. See how that works on the Apollo comparison.

If you are a Microsoft partner

This matters more in the partner ecosystem than anywhere else.

Every partner sells the same stack. The same ERP, the same CRM, the same Power Platform, the same Data and AI story, often to the same accounts. The product is not the differentiator, because the product is identical.

What separates one partner from another is what their people know: which implementations went wrong and why, what they would do differently, the judgment earned over a hundred projects. None of that is in a document, which is why every partner's outreach reads the same.

That is the material Leeluu is built to extract and use.

When each makes sense

Copilot makes sense for the work your team already does inside Microsoft 365. Account prep, meeting briefs, pulling together what is scattered across email and records.

Leeluu makes sense for writing to a defined list of people you have not reached yet, where the deal is large enough that individual attention pays for itself.

Copilot handles what happens inside the company. Leeluu handles getting the first message to someone who is not a contact yet. Nobody has to choose.

See it on your own list.
